Ashgrove Exploration and Production Limited (AEPL), is the Upstream Oil and Gas division of the group. The company is poised to take advantage of emerging opportunities in the upstream sector in Nigeria from Marginal Field Bid rounds and divestments by IOC’s.
The Company is targeting proven undeveloped fields requiring minimal investments to take them into production either as the Operator or Co-Venturing with other partners in a non-operating capacity (NOV). AEPL will deploy the latest technology in drilling and measurements as well as intelligent simulations to optimize field developments.
The founders of Ashgrove have developed expertise in the operations of Marginal Fields and will utilize this experience in conjunction with best-in-class stakeholder engagement to achieve operational success.
AEPL is the operator of PML-1, an oil and gas concession Located onshore Niger Delta, Nigeria.
